We had a realtor that had just let us down multiple times. We went from that experience to one with Susana that exceeded our expectations ever. Susana knows about timing in the market and she knows when to move. That said, however, she is not pushy. She genuinely wants her clients to be happy with the end result. Regarding how much she cares and advocates for her clients, I’ll provide this personal anecdote - - We were already deep in the process of purchasing a house that I really wanted and Susana had spent a lot of her time on already, she was willing to show me more houses when a hiccup occurred that we did not expect. (I had an FHA loan which has more hoops you have to jump through for the financing to go through). Regardless of the hours Susana had already put in with this home purchase, she was really looking out for us and wanted us to be happy. Despite several hiccups in the process (which is quite normal with FHA and an older home), Susana worked tirelessly to make sure everything worked out in the end. We are so happy with our experience with Susana, and we highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. We first met Susana at an Open House and found her to be honest and credible and open in her communications. We decided to engage her as our buyer broker. It was the right decision.
